At PawnMasters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our products are fulfilled by Amazon Merch on Demand, which means all returns and exchanges are handled directly through Amazon’s world-class customer service, except stickers are handled by RedBubble.

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, new condition.

How to Initiate a Return:

Please log into your Amazon account, go to 'Your Orders,' and select the 'Return or Replace Items' button next to your PawnMasters product.

Refunds:

Once Amazon receives your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
